Lost forever

He stood there. Looking around, everything silent. Only the mild huffs of his breath were heard. It was beginning to dark; he could see the birds hovering over his head, flying around the naked trees. He was tired, tears were no more falling, the world was cruel he thought. His legs were weak enough to even stand; the energy was lost due to running.
He was worried to take a step further. He was standing on the threshold of the cruel world and the world of the dead. The graveyard was as calm as the sea, just the momentary noises of the blowing trees, humming of the wind and the peculiar spooky noise of birds.
He was suddenly reminded of all the scenes of the past two days, all the events that had unfolded in his life, and the way his beautiful paradise had tumbled down without a hint of its existence.

~~~~~~
She was beautiful. Her deep brown eyes always reflected a world inside; it could drown anyone in her instantly. Her nose lined most of the sharp features on her face; her looks were bold and delicate like a flower simultaneously. She could ambush anyone’s confidence the way she carried herself, with her perfect expressions and her mellow but bold voice.
She took his breath away when he was just 18 and he instantly fell for her. She was like a magnet, moving around attracting him, making him weak in his knees. He felt like just another guy who fell for her beauty, but he knew there was more to it. The calm straight face, the bold voice which reflected all but maturity, way ahead of him, and she was just 18.
She had a few handful friends. And with the word friends, those people were the ones she used to hang out with in school, they didn’t know anything extraordinary about her. He had tried every path to reach her, all indirect means had failed. One day he was sitting on the entrance of his school, alone and sad, and suddenly there was hush rush everywhere, it was her arrival, though quiet and graceful, she seemed to look at him. She just gave him a sweet look and went ahead to enter quickly.
He tried this time the direct way to reach her. He called her out, addressing with her name loudly behind her. As she turned away suddenly, all her hair were disturbed in their godly flight and covered her face, she shook a little to push them back, tuck some behind her ears and smiled to the blowing wind coming in. He was dumbfounded, his consciousness melted away. He just saw in awe, his mouth open exclaiming the thunder that had struck in his heart there, at that very moment.
She came closer, and he lost ground of sanity, he just wanted to run away from that beauty star shining bright, those dreamy angelic eyes, those lustrous lips. He didn’t move a muscle until she came close to him, so as to hear his breaths long and deep. He wasn’t scared anymore, without a thought for losing another moment, he took her by the waist and held her seductive lips in his, drinking every drop of her sanctity.
          ~~~~~~

All the best times had been lost. The run from the hospital to the graveyard had been one filled with doubts, sorrow, deep hurt and continuous tears accompanied too. He was numb now.  There was a sudden hiss in the air, he had forgotten to see his position in the graveyard was exactly in front of her memorial, he couldn’t move anywhere, and he was puzzled as to how he came in. His tears were back, warm, he was trembling, his eyes searched for any signs, he saw her name written in bold italic font,   “Miss. Lidia Weaver”.

There was a sudden thump in his heart, a beat had skipped, she was in there, buried deep into the folds of nature. The beautiful angel wasn’t anymore near him to sweep him off his sanity. She had awestruck him by this. He just stood there staring blankly. It was dark now.
A sorrow deeper than life, a love gained and lost, a life created ripples and left. And that at the age of 18. He could still feel her, he could smell her, and he felt a wild gushing wind sweep past him, towards him and stop and turn back again. He stood calm. She was there; she had become one with the wind, the soil and nature altogether. He lost the game. The creator won her.
He was weak in his knees, he held his stance. A surge ran through him, a stabbing pain gathered him, he fell on the ground. Dead.
